They were respectful and explained anything that I had a question on. They were in contact to make sure everything was going as planned. Senior project manager came when he said he would. The quote for the job was very reasonable. The production manager told us when the workers would arrive and confirmed all that the project entailed. The workers came when we were told they would, not too early in the morning and not too late. They worked diligently throughout the day. They didn't leave for the day until they had completed what was supposed to be done. The site was cleaned completely, no trash, no tools, etc. left on the site. The workers were extremely respectful: no inappropriate talk, no asking to use my personal restroom, no invasion of my space. I felt totally secure in my home. The quality of the work was amazing. The materials used were those presented to us at the beginning, and they were guarantee for many years to come. Everything looks beautiful. At the end of their work, I decided I wanted more work done and that too was completed within a week. I would recommend Elite Upgrade and their workers to anyone needing work done on their home.
